Part Time Receptionist/Office Administrator

We are seeking an organised individual with a keen interest in financial services to join our dynamic team. The Office Administrator will handle various administrative tasks and assist in supporting the team of financial advisors.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role preferable but not essential. Full training will be given.

Knowledge:

An interest in financial services terminology and principles would be beneficial.

Technology Proficiency:

Competency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software or databases.

Potential for Development:

This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth. The Office Administrator role has the potential to transition into a support Paraplanner role.
